Street Litter Bins

In early 2021, Litter Free Norbury (LFN) embarked on a mission to add our branding to council-owned street-side litter bins. Our goal was to foster a sense of local ownership and community pride in keeping Norbury clean. While Veolia, the waste management company, was on board with the idea from the start, obtaining official approval took some time.

After several years of persistence and discussions with the current cabinet member and the Director for Sustainable Communities, we finally received the green light to add our stickers to the bins. Keep an eye out for these stickers, proudly displaying our commitment to a cleaner Norbury, on a street bin near you soon! 😊
